'Together4healthcare Primary Care Network are SIX separate GP Practices based in West Bromwich and Smethwick in Sandwell, West Midlands.  Together we provide additional surgery hours during Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.  Appointments are booked by contacting your own Practice.

Friday 3rd April (good Friday) - Closed 
Monday 6th April (Bank holiday)- Closed 
Tuesday 7th April - 8.00-8.00pm
