'Together4healthcare Primary Care Network are SIX separate GP Practices based in West Bromwich and Smethwick in Sandwell, West Midlands. Together we provide additional surgery hours during Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Appointments are booked by contacting your own Practice.

Wednesday 24^th December- Normal time- 8.00-6.30pm

Thursday 25^th December- Bank holiday- closed

Friday 26^th December- Bank holiday-closed

Monday 29^th December- Normal times-8.00-6.30pm

Tuesday 30th December- Normal times-8.00-6.30pm

Wednesday 31^st December- Normal times-8.00-6.30pm

Thursday 1^st January 2026-Closed Bank holiday

Friday 2^nd January 2026- Normal time- 8.00-6.30pm

Monday 5^th January - Normal times- 8.00-6.30pm
