SURGERY NEWS

We are still open and here for you. We are continuing to provide services as we have been doing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are prioritising delivering of care and services based on clinical needs.

Should you need to speak to your practice, you will need to call the practice telephone number 0121 556 0190 in the same way as you always have. You will then be assessed by either a GP or Practice Nurse who will either resolve your concern over the telephone or, if they believe you need to be seen face to face they will make an appointment for you to see a GP or Nurse.

We very much appreciate your help and support during these difficult times. It is important that we all do our bit to support the NHS locally as it continues to see and treat you, your family and friends.

Annual Health Checks

Learning Disabilities

People with a learning disability often have poorer physical and mental health than other people. This does not need to be the case.

Annual health checks are for adults and young people aged 14 or over with a learning disability.

An annual health check helps you stay well by talking about your health and finding any problems early, so you get the right care!
