Diabetic checks are available throughout the week by making an appointment with the practice nurse.
Asthma clinic is available throughout the week. Appointments must be made with the practice nurse.
Patients with any problems to do with hypertension, heart disease, angina or strokes etc can be reviewed and monitored by the practice nurse.
If you wish to be seen for any of these problems please make an appointment with the practice nurse.
Friday 09:30 – 14:00. After confirmation of your pregnancy you will be referred to one of the local maternity units. After an initial hospital visit most of your ante-natal care will be done at the surgery at the ante-natal clinic.
The community midwife runs this clinic and doctor is available for consultations where necessary by request from the midwife.

Thursday 08:30 - 12:00
This clinic is run by our practice nurse and offers parents the chance to have baby immunised against childhood diseases, by appointment. Doctor is also available to carry out 6 week checks.
A counsellor is available in surgery on Wednesday afternoons between 13.00 -17.00. Consultations are strictly by referral and appointment only.
A district nursing team is attached to the practice who visit patients confined to their homes and who are unable to come to the surgery to see our own practice based nurse. Arrangements for the district nurse to visit you at home should be made through the doctor.
The practice nurse, healthcare assistant and the GP will offer advice and guidance with regards to smoking cessation.
